Financial Policy

All ministers who develop partnership teams do so to support ministry on the university campus. Partnership enables more involvement through direct contact with a specific individual.

Each minister's salary is reviewed and approved annually by the Board of Directors of Faith Christian Church. Salaries are determined by each individual's living expenses, ministry expenses, and by each individual's experience and ability.

Less than three percent of each gift is used for the expense of administrating and processing contributions.
